Holy crap, this is legit… except my ex was not a narc, her mother was. Her mom eventually forced us to split up, ( will not go into the crazy, story I’m currently living). I didn’t realize name smearing was a thing until 2-3 hours ago… and this is exactly what is happening to me. It’s been 5 months now and it still hurts like it was yesterday. The part that hurts the most. Is we have a 3 year old boy. Who I haven’t been able to see now for 7 months. Hurts just to type that out. I am just now realizing how jacked up this whole situation is.
