27-29 gauge is more than sufficient for injecting unless youâre injecting 2-3ml at a time

I remember the old days of guys in the gym
reusing 21G needles over and over again. It used to send shivers up my spine and they would not listen. Pulling with a 21G and again injecting with that same needle is bad enough with the bluntness coming even from the rubber stopper and or hitting the bottom of a ampule. Always use a clean sterile needle for injecting.
