To be honest, it doesn't happen like eight times a day I have to open an ampoule so for me it got very stressfull when I have to. Can't practice and I'm in a very bad run now which puts more pressure on it every time it's crunch time

How if small partickel from the glass accidently fall to the medicine?

Good idea to use a cloth or paper as sometimes they shatter and cut your thumb really badly.
