Iā€™m 10yrs into TRT. Best decision ever. My doctor is old school and avoided TRT for a long time. He recently told me that since he started prescribing TRT to his patients they all started to not need ED meds, anxiety meds, anti depressants, sleep aids, and they have better biomarkers and the net net result is he prescribes less drugs overall. And he told me he has had men+women shed tears to him saying TRT saved their marriage and changed their life. TRT is about quality of life. But you must monitor your bloodwork foreverā€¦which ultimately is beneficial to your health because you are paying attention and your dr catches them immediately.

Keto, OMAD, 100 mg test per week divided between 3 micro doses (33 Monday, 33 Wednesda, 33 Friday), weights four days a week, fasted cardio 3 days a week. Supplements....magnesium, B multi, C, turmeric, creatine, Omega 3 and D and K2. Give blood every 60 days because donating blood has so many benefits that are never talked about. Praying in the morning and evening. Meditation and hydration. Amen.

TRT is life changing. Anybody that tells you otherwise does not want the best for you. Why should men suffer from depression, anxiety, fatigue, inflammation, brain fog & lesser quality of life due to aging/hormonal changes? There is a solution! Optimize your test men and you will enjoy life at a MUCH HIGHER quality level.

Iā€™ve been on TRT for close to 20yrs. Havenā€™t really seen any bad side effects. Life is a lot better on it. The Traverse trials that came out recently disproved a lot of the TRT negative myths out there.

If youā€™re past 25 y.o. and your free T is low for your age group, ā€œset your house in order first.ā€ Nightly 7.5 hr sleep, healthy diet, stress-free lifestyle, avoidance of alcohol & estrogenic chemicals, proper supplementation, early morning sun exposure, daily exercise with progressive strength-training, talking to attractive women & proper recovery are in order. Diagnose via low T symptomsā€”not laboratory values. An individualā€™s abundance of T receptors can produce false negatives. Free T levels can vary wildly during the entire day.

šŸŽÆ Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 šŸ’‰ Increasing TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) usage among young men raises concerns due to lack of awareness about risks, especially when obtained illegally. 01:59 ā¤ļø TRT administered correctly doesn't significantly increase the risk of prostate cancer or cardiovascular disease. 05:40 āš ļø Super physiological doses of TRT can lead to unknown long-term health risks, including potential impact on prostate health and cardiovascular system. 08:26 šŸš¼ Exogenous testosterone can reduce fertility, especially in young men, potentially leading to lifelong dependency and difficulty conceiving later in life. 10:49 šŸš« Long-term use of Clomid or similar drugs for increasing testosterone levels is not advisable due to potential health risks, including increased levels of a steroid called desol. Iā€™m 37. 2 years ago my total test levels went down to 400 then down to 300 and my free was hovering around 60. Iā€™ve been on only 80mg a week and my total is 832 and free is 194. I clearly needed it. We kept testing my levels every 2 months for a year and my t levels never came back up naturally.

I started prescribed TRT at 45. I'm now 52. It has changed my life. Also, my PSA has always been stable at 1.0 - 1.5.
