I loved this episode!
I'd never heard of Dr Means before listening, but I instantly fell in love with her eloquence and humor and intelligence and all the information she shared. I'd earlier thought it was a longer podcast episode than I was used to, but I didn't want it to end 😅

I used the monitor for 2 weeks which is how long it lasted and i learned a great deal from it. A friend who is tyoe I diabetic let me have one of his. I wish insurance would reimburse the cost for people with weight issues or even type 2 diabetes.
