My beginner challenge starts now at justinagustin.com/

This month is probably the most important challenge you’ll ever do. This November I’m going to teach you exercises that we’ll be doing forever and ever and ever, me included. This month’s Theme is Exercising for Longevity. We are going to be strengthening the most important muscles in our body, including our brain.

I have a brain activation routine to keep our mind nice and nimble. We’ll be working on our coordination, balance, exercises to help us become less clumsy - and of course, brain gym drills to stimulate our brain superhighways.

I have a full video to help prevent falls. We’ll be training our our body to quickly react when we become stabilized and are about to fall. It’s so important.

I’ve included a video to maintain and improve your ability to Get up and Down from the floor. Don’t worry, we won’t be working from the floor. We’ll be in a standing and seated position the whole time.

I have a total body strength routine to keep your muscles and joints strong and healthy for the rest of your life.

And Finally a Steps routine that focuses on loosening tight joints and muscles.
