👀 STRENGTH HIIT E94 TABATA X6 (F021723)

Today's workout is a full-body Tabata workout is a HIIT routine that incorporates weights doing Tabatas, back to back, working for 20 secs each exercise and 10 secs rest between.

The challenging circuit will work every muscle in your body through a series of intense exercises using dumbbells.

The full Tabata routine takes around 45 minutes to complete and includes a warm-up and the cool down.

Why do Tabata? The Tabata workout is proven to be one of the most effective forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
