Nicole Kendall has run for Team GB at the European Championships in the 4x400m
Yvette Henry is the World W45 60m Champion
Kira Holt is number one in the UK for U20 100m hurdles with a European Junior qualification time
Ruben Hedman won bronze at the England Champs indoors over 60m hurdles with a new PB of 7.90
and
Connor Foley, Tia Garrard, Nicole Deaconescu, Bethan Norvill, Nico Clarke and (on Sundays) Bryony Bovell are all ranked top 20 in the UK in their respective events.

Every Sunday we have a hurdles session at Kingston, which is open to anyone who might wish to attend to help you become a more accomplished hurdler.

We're getting to the end of the summer now. How has your season been?
How are you planning to make things better for next year?
We've listened to what you told us in one of our recent polls and are currently compiling a number of videos to help you with the technical side of our sport. Initially we are going to put out a number of S&C type exercises which are great for building a base layer of fitness at the start of winter training.
Keep an eye out for them over the coming weeks.
Why train?

The Olympics were great - it was so exciting to watch, even though there were no crowds. What was your highlight? One of these or something else? Maybe the womens 800m or the mens 4x100m?
