Having experienced chronic back pain for over a year despite consistently lifting weights ans doing yoga, I would often start my days simply crawling out of bed and onto my floor to find any movement in my body before I could do either of these things. So I understand the utter agony of not feeling able to move without shooting pain.
I cover some gentle back release movement work from yoga, physio and somatics to help bring better movement into your day to day or even if you're not suffering chronic back pain but simply feel stiff / full of tension then check out these videos and let me know how you get on:
