Today, some useful feedback about the "Eat Less, Move More" episode from my viewer @mette7362. It's specially useful for women:

"Love your videos. Re: this doesn't work for everyone, Dr. Stacy Sims who is a leading researcher on women's health actually recommends that women do not fast for extended periods. This is because it doesn't work as well for fat loss for women and can seriously affect hormonal health. She says shorter fasting is ok though where you skip breakfast or dinner, but preferrably dinner, because breakfast is very important for balancing cortisol over the day for women.
Just some food for thought, especially any other female viewers."
