My passion for fitness and creating a healthy lifestyle began almost 15 years ago when depression and anxiety tried to take me down. It was getting active that lifted me up, helped me feel more confident and capable. When I realized the powerful benefits movement had on my mental health, I knew I had to share this with other's and that's how NickiFit A to Z was born.
Today, I specialize in helping women gain strength and confidence in what their body and minds can do at any age. It’s never too late to get fit and healthy!

All of my workouts are low impact but that doesn’t mean they don’t make you sweat! Low impact exercises protect your joints and are the foundation for an injury and pain free workout.
