Yall! JMJ has been so successful this year. Everyone’s progress has been absolutely amazing, that we just had to keep the party going! For February we are going to continue working together as a team, growing as a community, and getting stronger every step of the way!!
January was a challenge, and thats why we worked out every single day. But we are looking for LIFE long healthy habits, so going into #MWMFeb25 we are going to aim to workout 5 days a week! You will have a mix of classes ranging from 10min somedays to 60min on others, dancing to HIIT/strength intervals, and everything in between.
This calendar is going to help us stay accountable, stay together as a team, and continue all of these good JMJ feelings into the next month! I am SO excited to continue dancing and grooving with yall. ❤️ We start on Monday with a new class drop (HINT: class has to do with a black parade)
