For February we are going to continue working together as a team, growing as a community, and getting stronger every step of the way!!January was a challenge, and that's why we worked out every single day. But we are looking for LIFElong healthy habits, so going into #MWMFeb25 we are going to aim to workout 5 days a week! You will have a mix of classes ranging from 10min somedays to 60min on others, dancing to HIIT/strength intervals, and everything in between.
