Hi team! I just quickly came on here to tell you that today’s video is out! But I made a mistake in the thumbnail and previous post about the week’s workouts, so the workout is not a full body workout, it’s an ab and booty workout. 😃👍🏻 Sorry for this! Anyway it is a one-dumbbell-only workout and all the other info was on point! 🔥

Hi team! This week we have two new workouts and one new mini podcast episode coming 🥳!

On Tuesday we loosen up the stiffness with the help of a stick in a fun and light, 10 min dancy stick workout! ♥️

On Thursday we work the full body through in 20 minutes with one dumbbell only! This one dumbbell workout was requested by one of you subscribers, thank you for that😊! There is no warm-up in the session, but I’ll put a warm-up link up for you in the description box🔥.

On Sunday it’s time to grab a cup of coffee and tune in to the podcast episode! Our topic is about letting go of the old and reinventing your thinking and yourself🥰. So exciting!!!

Hi team! This week we have some dancing, some dumbbell strength and our first episode of the brand new mini podcast! 🥳

On Tuesday we focus on feeling grateful in our super easygoing 10 min dance workout! ♥️

On Thursday we grab the dumbbells and give the full body a sweaty workout in 20 minutes. Warm-up is included! So awesome! 🔥

On Sunday you’ll get to listen to the first episode of our mini podcast! That’s all I’ll reveal at this point🤓…

💎EXCITING UPDATE!💎

Hi team! Summer is coming to an end soon and it’s time to have a look at our fall together! 🥰

I asked you earlier this summer if you would be interested in videos about mindset, motivation etc on my channel and you showed me the green light!

So starting from September now, we’ll have two new weekly workouts and one MINI PODCAST EPISODE every week! 🔥🔥🔥 The mini podcast is a trial and comes as a ten-episode-season first. We’ll see how you like it and then proceed from there😊.

The episodes last between 5-20 minutes so that’s why it’s called a mini podcast. I feel like it’s easier for me to start there and also better for you to be able to absorb the content easier without any “empty talk”. Straight to the point and easy to listen to, that’s the goal 🥳! It will be up on my YouTube channel as a video podcast format.

It’s the second week of our August Workout Calendar and this time we have a new 15 min ab workout coming up! 🔥 This sweaty and fun no equipment workout targets your obliques and inner abs, so it’s all about rotational exercises! We have eight exercises and two rounds and we do those exercises both standing and on floor level.
