I am Minna Hirvi, your fitness coach and a physiotherapist from Finland. I work irregular hours in a physically demanding job as a flight attendant and I know it is not so easy as a shift worker to find time, energy or motivation to exercise. I keep fit and prevent work-related pain and aches by working out at home three times a week. I am here to help you do that too!
