Maria Olaru official is addressed to everyone regardless of training, age or sex. You do not have to be professional to execute them, it is enough to have goodwill & to make time. I hope to help you with simple, efficient, useful, educational exercises for therapeutic purposes, they will improve your life considerably. With these exercises I manage to control older ailments and reduce the discomfort caused by them. I started this project, having behind me experience gained as a high performance athlete, that of pedagogue/academic staff, but also with children. I remind you that physical exercise practiced regularly, in any form but not exaggerated will give you physical and mental comfort bringing you a state of well-being from all perspectives.
