Hello and welcome to a Beekeeper's Life. My name is Maykel, i started keeping honeybees in 2013 and since a couple of years i am trying to expand the business into a full time beekeeping enterprise. On this channel you can find everything there is to know about the life of honeybees and the daily struggles as a beekeeper. I will make videos for absolute beginners and for more experienced keepers too. The life of a beekeeper is a busy life but still this beekeeper has hobbies. I will also show videos of my hobbies of growing orchids and keeping ants as pets. We choose to work with the carniolan honeybee, Apis mellifera carnica, but there are many different breeds and hybrids but that will not effect the general care for them.
