Ok… So here’s the truth on why I haven’t been posting videos or sharing any updates about my life. My biggest fear has always been feeling stuck or being in a routine where I feel like I’m not progressing anymore. And honestly, that’s what’s happening right now.. 😔

I wake up feeling anxious, feeling disconnected and feeling uninspired. I’m struggling to find the love and joy in what I do. I’ve been slacking off my own workouts, I haven’t been consistent in my work, and honestly I feel lost…
.
I know I can’t go on like this. I can’t force myself to keep up with my contents just for the sake of it (it’s been almost 10 years of doing this!). At this point, I’m unsure of what I want to do, but I know I need to explore different things that would keep me excited, alive and once again find my reason for “being”. And sometimes, that means to start all over again…

So here’s my life update on where I’m currently at. 😌 I hope everyone is doing well.. 🥰
