I have anxiety, PTSD, Autism, depression diabetes, and have struggled with a number of issues in my life the lose of 2 children alcholism, drug addiction, suicide attempts, being in abusive relationships sleeping rough and now starting a small community charitable organisation to help promote positive physical and mental health by participating in outdoor activities i hope that I can share my experiences to help others out there. and I am using this channel to help with my mental health and to gain confidence in engaging with people and to try new things and to learn new things
