Rucking is walking with weight on your back usually in a backpack. It is the foundation of military training used around the world. Rucking is a very simple but effective exercise. It builds muscle and burns fat at the same time, it builds mental toughness and for those who hate running!
I like to keep my ruck simple, I’m not a high tech accessory guy. I believe in keeping it simple, loading up and moving out.
