Hi there, welcome !! On August 14, 2022, I weighed in at 350 pounds. 23 months later with a lot of determination, a complete overhaul to healthy living that started from the inside out and included food choices, food behaviours, exercising and having emotional & spiritual wellness, I lost 200 pounds!!! If there is one takeaway that I would like you to have from my channel.. if you are a chronic overeater, food is the symptom of what is going on inside us - why we comfort eat and why we call ourselves emotional eaters!! Fix the pain and you will not need the comfort.
