Well Hello
How are we all doing? Its been a while since I checked in with you, I've missed you x
Its been a busy, bonkers, glorious Summer here in the UK with lots of sunshine and unusually warm days. A little too warm at times, as us Brits aren't used to it!! I've so enjoyed having all three of my children home under one roof and all the chaos and mess that comes with that, however I have been less excited about the extra washing and the huge food bills, they eat sooooo much !
Throughout the Summer the online members have been kept busy and consistent with our 4x weekly classes. Mondays 'Strong' class with weights is very popular and it has been fantastic to have such amazing feedback. Our members are really seeing progress with their strength, proving that consistency is so important and ever more so as we all inevitably age.
I escaped to Northern Ireland for a few days with my boys and had the loveliest time exploring and meeting so many kind and welcoming locals. There was live music everywhere and the natural landscape was stunning. If you haven't had chance to visit I recommend adding it to your list. Below is 'Carrick-a-rede' on the North Coast about a 10-15 minute drive the the Giants Causeway, the coastline will take your breath away.
Then I managed to squeeze in a few days at the Edinburgh Fringe with my daughter. It was our first time visiting Edinburgh whilst 'The Fringe' was on. The Fringe is the worlds largest arts festival, held annual in Scotlands capital. It is utterly bonkers, with so much to see and do from morning through to the early hours, with something for everyone!! Another recommend and I apologise in advance because once you've been you'll definitely want to go again x
I've got a couple of TV recommends for you all, its always good to have one saved for when you just fancy getting stuck into something juicy and completely switching off. I've enjoyed binge watching 'Mix Tape' on BBC iPlayer it was wonderful with an awesome soundtrack and then 'Buccaneers' over on Apple TV which is like Bridgerton on steroids, I loved it and watched both Seasons quicker than I care to admit !
With Autumn just around the corner here in the UK, I'm conscious that a shift in season can also mean an opportunity to shift our focus. I want to help you to move towards greater consistency in the final four months of 2025! Lets prioritise ourselves and do that without feeling guilty or stressed. A stronger, focused, energised less stressed 'you' will mean that other areas of your life will ultimately benefit.

Mondays - 9.15am Pilates Strong ( we use weights in every class , ideally a set of lighter and heavier weights)
Wednesday - 12.45pm Stretchy Pilates , focusing on mobilising our joints and lengthening our muscles .
Thursday - 5.45pm Pilates Bar , an absolute favourite, bringing a weekly Pilates Bar class, into your home.
Friday - 6.40am Intermediate Pilates - classical mat pilates with my own creative spice added.
And finally ...... AN IMPORTANT UPDATE ... I will continue to add FREE content to the channel. I'm also conscious that the channel has had less input of late, with good reason. I firmly believe that to truly care for our bodies we need to focus on staying active physically whilst really thinking about what we put into our bodies. Food is 'fuel' but it is also the nourisher of our bodies. Only through the right nourishment will our bodies keep thriving and working to their full potential. I am excited to share that I am deep in my studies, working towards my Level 4 Diploma in Nutrition. I want to help you and myself to live a long and healthy life. I feel that once my studies are complete I can offer you a fully comprehensive plan for how we can achieve this together. As I often say, we are 'Stronger Together' x

Welcome! I'm Donna and I LOVE how Pilates can transform peoples lives. I have observed people of all ages learn to move with increased confidence and gain greater mobility and strength through practising Pilates.
Aside from Pilates I love running, cycling, swimming and strength training. From personnel experience, I wholeheartedly believe that Pilates can help athletes improve their performance and aid injury rehabilitation.
