While practicing yoga at the Y today, I had the opportunity to overhear conversations that touched on phrases such as "I'm too old for that." This truly resonated with me on an emotional level. I am renowned for my skills in breaking down challenging postures into their component parts and teaching them progressively so that my students can practice at their own level. I am also known for creative sequencing, and real-life philosophy. I am celebrated for a teaching style that is precise, inspired and cheerful.

I started my career as a yoga instructor in 2009 in many yoga studios and at YMCA in Buffalo, NY.
After giving birth, plus COVID lockdown, my yoga career is directed more toward online classes.
My Channel is dedicated to the practice of Health and Happiness. I will share what I personally practice from physical, mental to spiritual practice that I know for fact that they help me to stay healthy and happy.
