Thereās less than 5 months between these picturesā¦.
Weāre checking back in with my client Gary! I first posted about him in February and he goes from strength to strength. This is a man who knows the importance of determination, persevering and consistency š
It hasnāt been a straightforward process. We were thrown a few curve balls and we had to adapt the programme to make it work. But weāve STILL had a roaring success and most importantly- the desired outcome š

Are you holiday ready?
You never know when you need your strength and energy, but one thing I'm certain, whenever we are going on holidays and there is a swimming pool, girls will want to jump from the edge of the pool into my arms and then back up again, they will ask me throw them up in the air and it will be a lot of fun and giggles.
We will go for a walk on the beach and the girls will get tired and want to be carried back to the hotel room.
If you are mum or dad (or planning to be in the future), make sure you lift and get strong, you will need your functional strength at some point (more often than you think).
I have plenty of Free kettlebell workouts that can help you with functional strength.
Best part is you don't have to train for hours, just 20 min of your time, a few times a week is enough and will transform the way you feel and look.

Having a plan and a structure helped Nathan LOSE FAT and build an IMPRESSIVE PHYSIQUE with just a few kettlebells at home šŖš»š
He didn't;
Spend hours in the gym.
Spend hours on the treadmill aiming to burn fat.
Look for shortcuts
It wasn't easy for him, but it wasn't complicated.
He just ate real food, lifted heavy bells & put them down and moved throughout the day.
His results was based around 4 pillars:
Resistance Training
Movement
Nutrition
Recovery.
