Quarter rep? No need for fancy methods, just pull as hard as you can every session. Seems to be working so far! (One arm pullup takes a long time regardless of what method you use)

Microplastics, radiation, pesticides and oxalate fueled workout 😋😋 jokes aside this is buckwheat, mixed with microwaved scrambled eggs, cheese and butter a favourite lunch of mine, tasty and healthy.

I used to be neurotic about food, researching everything, blaming my problems on diet and restricting myself more and more, even cutting out health, real foods because I was scared. To anyone who might be struggling with diet right now, try to relax and introduce a variety of single ingredient foods to your diet, as long as you dont over eat the same thing, you will be ok, not eating enough or having a restricted diet, genuinely has no benefits and hindered me for a long time.

I find the online diet gurus tend to prey on people who are down, offer solutions to problems, create a framework where the diet is responsible for everything, this keeps people going back to them for advice and feeding them money and attention. Break free and choose what you want to believe.

Hello! I thought it would be fair to inform those of you who read these posts that I will not be uploading for a while, nor will I be on youtube at all. Lots of commitments are coming up, and having any form of social media around is distracting.

Recording my workouts takes time, editing the videos and there is mental energy spent on checking for comments and to see how videos are doing. Also, uploading on the channel means I have to have the youtube app on my phone, which gives me the option to watch some of my favourite content creators, while fun and not necessarily bad, watching youtube detracts from my ability to focus on my everyday tasks.

You open the app to respond to a comment, you watch a video and before you know it half an hour has gone. I will make more progress in my training and the rest of my life without frequent uploads, I will come back to post update videos and share any tips I might have gathered, but these will certainly not be frequent.

Have a good day and make sure to work hard on your goals!
See ya!

Do your L sits! I have neglected basic calisthenics for too long, it's time to go back to my roots. It will be interesting to see if my bigger muscles can become as flexible and strong as they once were (when they were smaller, and I was younger).
