What would you all like to see in my next video?

Hey everyone! I have a ton of video ideas and I’m torn on which one to do next, so I thought I’d take a poll.

Feel free to leave a comment for other ideas!

New video incoming!!!

An exclusive interview with Dr. Beau Sauls, a functional movement expert DC and rehab specialist from Kinetic Centre Dallas. This is THE guy who pointed me towards the tools of recovery that worked for me and many others I've worked with.

Dr. Beau will share his unique experiences with treating clients dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction as a result of musculoskeletal imbalances. He will also be sharing his knowledge on how the fascial lines play significant role, as well as offering insight into how the central nervous system can hijack or help with recovery.

New video in the works!!!

I’ll be sharing a two-part series on exactly where to begin! So many men regularly ask me, “Keith, what exercises did you do to recover from Pelvic Floor Dysfunction?”, or, “How did you cure your Hard Flaccid and Pudendal Neuralgia symptoms?”.

The journey going from practically immobile and dysfunctional to fully restored can seem like a daunting task! But it’s relatively simple if you learn to apply a few basic principles and incorporate them into your daily movement.

In the first video, I will showcase these principles, and in the second video I’ll share some basic core corrective exercises that helped get me from instability to a fully functional and stable place.

Stay tuned!

If core and glute weakness/instability are a primary driver of pelvic floor hypertonicity for folks suffering from Pelvic Floor Dysfunction/Pudendal Neuralgia, how does one reduce the tension and also increase strength?

The first step is learning proper core activation, while simultaneously relaxing/elongating their pelvic floor.

I'll have a video on this concept next week, but here is a clip where I discuss where learning this technique was a fundamental step in my recovery, albeit a challenging one.
