8 weeks from my first bodybuilding competition. Post leg day!
Feeling tired, hungry and generally don't want to live anymore, but the changes im seeing makes life easier 🤣
I wanted to give bodybuilding a try, all my life I have dreamt of being shredded like everyone I guess. Dreaming about it is so different than actually doing it. It's really hard mentally more than physically dare I say.
But I'm happy, grateful and lucky that I get to do something I always wanted to do!
I will be posting my science based leg day - hamstring focus next week!

Hey friends, I'm not sure what to say really! thanks a lot for the support, I'm really grateful. I started this to help people reach their fitness goals and share my experience, didn't expect to reach this many people so fast.
Now I feel like I need to deliver more and I will. I just want to say that in this channel you will never see any kind of advice or products I don't believe in or tried myself. And if something I said turned out to be wrong, I will be very diligent in changing my message and sharing my mistakes and fixing it. That's the nature of science, ever changing, I will keep up with the latest research and updates and keep you guys updated!
