Welcome to HIIT UR GOALS - HOME WORKOUTS! My name is Kim Knox, and I'm a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and weight trainer with over 22 years experience in the fitness Industry. This channel is dedicated to providing at home workouts for people interested in feeling stronger and more confident at any age or fitness level. Fitness is not "one size fits all" and we should never compare ourselves to others when it comes to our bodies and health. My goal is to provide instructional workouts that encourage people to modify movements to suit their individual needs.
