On the first day of Fitmas my trainer gave to me… the holidays are here and so is the third year of Fitmas. Starting this Monday, November 27th! 12 fun and sweaty holiday workouts Monday, Wednesday and Friday - all the way to December 22nd.

Happy Sunday Everyone! I hope you had a great weekend - it's getting COLD where I am. I've got two new workouts uploading this week. MONDAY: 20 Min STANDING KNEE FRIENDLY STRENGTH WEDNESDAY: 20 MIN Super Sweaty LOW IMPACT HIIT WITH WEIGHTS (Add Ons). Tomorrow's workout focuses on unilateral exercises with a 45/15 sec format. Wednesday's Add ons is a tough one - there is floor work, but I'm including an all standing and knee friendly modification window. I hope you enjoy!

Hi Everyone and happy thanksgiving to my Canadian friends. I’ve got three new workouts coming your way. If you’re looking for a fun upper body workout that will also get the heart rate up, tomorrow’s workout is for you. A 20 mins of cardio boxing - no leg work and upper body strength with weights. Thursday is a 25 min total body strength work out, and Friday is a quick 10 min core on the floor - NO PLANKS. I hope you enjoy.

Hey Everyone! We are half way through the summer, and it's time to PUMP up the strength. For the Month of August, HIIT UR GOALS will have three workouts each week that will focus on TOTAL BODY STRENGTHENING. Expect some Dumbbell HIIT, Strength training, and Core and Mobility workouts. I am coming off a long weekend, so this week's workout schedule will be Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. I've followed last weeks idea with 2 x 20 minute splits and 1 x 30 Minute Full Body. This week we are doing a posterior chain, anterior chain, and knee friendly standing Triset workout.
