This morning by beautiful brother passed away. He battled cancer like a champ and finally is resting. I will miss him tremendously. I wanted to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving. Thank you for all your support during all of these years. I truly appreciate all of you. I will not be posting any videos for a couple of weeks. Please take care of yourselves. ❤️

Good morning! This week I will start posting Summer recipes. We will start on Monday with a simple but delicious Greek pasta salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, red onion and lots of Feta cheese. On Wednesday we will make open faced tuna salad sandwiches -- nicely toasted bread with cheese topped with tuna salad and avocados. Easy and very satisfying! Finally, on Friday we will make this frozen custard with berries - the creamiest and most delectable ice cream you will ever make at home. See you tomorrow! 😊😋

Good morning! I hope you are all doing great today! This coming week we will make sugar free barbecue sauce. It is loaded in flavor and you will never know the difference. We will use our fab sauce for chicken drumsticks and baby back ribs in the oven. Delish week coming ahead guys! 😊😋🔥

Tex Mex week coming up 😋🔥Monday we will make a chicken quesadilla - stewed chicken and cheese inside a tortilla (yummy); Wednesday we will make jalapeño poppers -- jalapeños stuffed with cheese and bacon with a Ranch and Siracha dip (perfect and delish appetizer) and on Friday we will make this Taco Bell copycat Crunch Wrap supreme (mouthwatering) 😊See you! Good morning 😊This week we will be pickling. On Monday we will make some pickled ginger (Gari), the type they serve you with sushi. I love having this around as it is a great palate cleanser. On Wednesday we will make dill pickles. Nice, crunchy, sour pickles. And, on Friday we will make these taqueria style pickled jalapeños with carrots and onions. All of these recipes are easy to make and they are delicious. All videos will be up on their day at 2:00 pm CT. Have a great Sunday! 😊❤️

Hi guys! This week we started out with our coconut turmeric smoothie. On Wednesday, low carb chipotle beef stew. We will make it in the Instant Pot but it can be made on the stove no problem!
