Qui sommes-nous ?
Mélissa et moi (Benjamin), sommes deux passionnés de sport ayant depuis toujours une forte appétence pour la découverte. Bien que nous ayons des domaines de prédilections - Danse et Yoga pour Mélissa - Sports de combat et conditionnement physique pour moi - nous apportons beaucoup d'importance à l'apprentissage permanent et la polyvalence.
Tous deux éducateurs sportifs, nous avons pour but de vous proposer du contenu de qualité autour du Mouvement.
De quoi parlons-nous ?
De Mouvement ; cette discipline visant à améliorer l'ensemble des capacités physiques et cognitives de l'être humain (courir, sauter, s'équilibrer, grimper, soulever, porter, lancer, se défendre, etc.) par le moyen de mouvements primitifs et de jeux en empruntant des techniques aux arts martiaux, la danse, le cirque, la gymnastique, le yoga, le parcours du combattant, etc., le tout dans une philosophie/éthique écolo zen encourageant la découverte, l'amusement, la communication et l'humilité.
