Hey! Iām Chenyang, and I help Asian Women transform their bodies and health through science-backed, sustainable fat loss strategiesāno crash diets, restricting your cultural foods or endless cardio.
Since starting my fitness journey, Iāve competed in 5 bikini body building shows, placed top 3 in all of them. Iāve competed in 2 HYROX competitions, ran a sub 4 hour marathon on my first attempt and learnt so much about my body along the way.
My goals now have changed, and Iām really just enjoying fitness as a lifestyle now, incorporating different types of movement into my day to day such as Padel and Dancing, whilst still having my weight training as a foundation to maintain my body and fitness levels. I am a foodie and love going out for meals, itās my love language!
I hope to inspire more women to experience a fitness journey thatās empowering, enjoyable and shows them their full potential.
