Welcome. Personal Space Movement offers Adaptive Hatha Yoga, Somatic Education, & Breath Guidance to help you move with less pressure and more presence. These practices support sensory experiencing, spatial awareness, & authentic self-expression.
My approach is shaped by lived experience — I share the lessons and tools that have taught me how to interpret pain, manage overwhelm, & understand relationship. These sessions are designed with Autistic, ADHD, & hypermobile folks in mind, but welcome anyone wanting to move with more curiosity and consideration.
Come as you are. Wiggle, play, pause. This is movement as a personal process.
