Sulham Athletics is a place where I help improve the overall health and fitness of others through 5 main categories that I feel are essential for living an optimal life. They consist of: Strength, Balance, Endurance, Flexibility, and Motor Coordination. My background is in Exercise Physiology, I am a practicing Doctor of Physical Therapy, and I have coached and played at the college level. I have a wide range of knowledge and expertise when applying exercise for people of all ages and abilities. From the wheelchair bound to the professional athlete I believe that daily exercise prescribed correctly can improve the quality of one’s life. Hopefully I can help through this channel to inspire more people to get outside and move to the best of their abilities.
