Jake went to his first yoga class like a lot of guys do - kicking and screaming. After that class, however, although he wasnāt sure exactly what happened, he knew he felt much better than he did when he first walked in.
Six weeks later, 40-pounds lighter and with a new-found appreciation for being pain-free, Jake was convinced that yoga not only works, but it is necessary to live ease-fully. He hasnāt looked back since.
