Stevia is the best alternative to sugar. Very important for a healthy diet and great for diabetics. It is low calorie and natural. Paleo and Keto approved.

I'm going to be updating the contents of this channel to showcase nutrition and fitness information that I studied. It highlights the benefits of eating not just "healthy" but ancestral which is integral to maintaining human health. This means no grains, no dairy, low to no processed foods and no sugar. Health is more than weight loss and weight gain, as our weight changes during specific periods in our lives.

Majority of the world is always trying to lose weight because we live in a world that promotes sugar and consumption of gluten containing cereals which we are not designed to digest.
