Hannah Brents is a LICSW with a virtual trauma therapy practice in Massachusetts. Many of Hannah’s adult clients come to her to address traumatic experiences, anxiety, perfectionism, and shame. She has a background in religious studies, trauma informed care, and as a yoga and meditation instructor.
