Suryanamaskar is a combination of 12 asanas done in a sequence. It is quite a complete workout which brings positive influence both for the body and the mind.
I am conducting this online workshop to learn the basics of Surya Namaskar (or Sun Salutation) with proper breath. Most of us have certain issues in the body that will restrict us from doing certain asanas. Here in this workshop, we will discuss the proper modifications that can be adopted.
