4 plate squat, 3 plate bench, and a more unrealistic but possibly doable lift of a 6 plate deadlift is gonna be my predictions for this years lifts. gonna be THE year. these are just loosely set goals so we will see what happens!
Bulk starts once i get down to 67-65kg. or when i get back down to 70 i might just bulk from there i will see. will keep you guys updated.

upping my calories to a normal amount for the duration of a little 5 day family holiday my family always does as tradition at Christmas to allow me to enjoy it and get back to the 1800 grind when i get back so i can actually enjoy the holiday and treat it as one.
not ideal as i really wanna get the cut over with but whatever changes (if any at all) i will just get back to normal routine when back and finish this cut as soon as i can! 🤛🏽

i have started training abs directly for the first time! i hate it but i feel it will go a long way in helping them pop in general but especially once im peak cut. im excited af for the coming weeks of shredding
