Your actions are the only thing separating you from where you are to where you want to be.

Be relentless in your pursuit of your goals. Hold yourself accountable.

It canā€™t just be when your mind is right, or you lose the weight or when you get the new job or when itā€™s convenient. Itā€™s never going to be convenient!

When you stop a bad habit, replace it with something new that systematically works in your favor and toward your goals

Go seize your life. Go stake your claim. Stop laying back and idly watching your life pass in front of you.

Put down your phone, get off your couch and make this moment, the one right here, be the first one in creating a habit to get you closer to the life of your dreams

It can get easy to take care of everyone else. To solely focus on the wellbeing of others.

Often times, we can get so caught up in taking care of everything and everyone else we forget to prioritize our health, wellness or physical body.

Itā€™s ok to show up for you, fill your tank and nourish yourself first.

Itā€™s really true, you canā€™t give from an empty tank.

Today, make you a priority.

Do something just for you!
Something that makes you feel really good!
That fills your heart.
Nourishes your soul!

If you have goals, whether they are financial, physical, career, personal, spiritual - you have to get out of your own way.

You have to stop making excuses. Stop stopping yourself from moving in the direction of your dreams.

Excuses are always going to be there, getting in the way.

There will always be a reason to not start today.

But at what point do you become hungry enough? So hungry you never let another excuse interfere with you living the life of your dreams.

At what point do you find your WHY.

Your why is the reason you STOP making excuses and start now.

When you find your why things in your life might have to change.

Behaviors might change.
Priorities.
You will likely have to make sacrifices.
You will have to start planning.
You will definitely get uncomfortable.
But getting closer to the life of your dreams will be worth every sacrifice.

You will NEVER regret starting, but you might regret letting life pass you by without taking a chance.

Today find your why. The why thatā€™s bigger than all the excuses. Write it down, post it on your mirror, remind yourself daily, make showing up for your goals a habit and go conquer the sh*t out if your life!
