This channel is a place to learn about psychology and the features of common psychological difficulties such as anxiety, worry, stress, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder and tools to help better manage these conditions. The goal of this channel is to teach and inform about scientifically-support and proven techniques to better manage psychological difficulties to help you live better. I would like this to build and develop a community of people supporting one another.
