😎🌴 Life is short, take your bucket list trip whenever you can. 😍🏝️ Bora Bora was everything you can imagine it to be and more. It wasn’t bora boring either, lol. 😂
There is tons of things to do, and I highly recommend swimming with the stingrays and sharks. 🦈
The food was fresh and fabulous also. Fun fact, the island gets most of their food from New Zealand apparently. Well, then, that explains why I didn’t put on hardly any weight at all. 🙌 Italy was the same way, very clean foods and no added processing. 😍
We ate pretty clean most of the time, but the last day and a half it was like Donkey Kong believe me. 😂🍔🥞🍰🍷🍹🍫

Can you grow glutes over age 40? Yes, you absolutely can. I’d never lifted weights before age 42.
Time, patience and consistency…
HOW??
💪 Lift 4-5x a week and train each body part once a week. Yes, once! Especially if you’re over age 40.
I hit my legs/ glutes every 5-6 days or so.
If it’s still sore wait another day.
🍗 Make sure you’re eating enough protein. 1 gram per lb of body weight or goal weight.
And yes good carbs and fats too. 🤗
🧠 HRT is important over age 40 also. Regular docs don’t specialize in hormones. You need a wellness doc for that. Find one, or mine is amazing & does telemedicine.
