Flow Breathwork Facilitator training starts tomorrow đ„°
Me and my team are in preparation to invite in a dope group of aspiring Breathwork Facilitators for 12 weeks who are ready to decolonize wellness, study wisdom traditions, and learn practical and applicable techniques that are about to change their lives.
I always go through a moment of inspiration and awe knowing whoâs coming to study with me and who have said yes to the next level of their calling in the healing arts. Mostly, I donât take it lightly that people trust me to take this journey with me.
The caliber of folks coming into this layer of work is always next level. When Iâm holding space for these transformations to take place, I also am shown a new layer of myself too.
This one is a little bit different though. Because if youâve been in my stratosphere for the last few months, you know that this is the last virtual* Flow Breathwork facilitator training I am holding space for the foreseeable future.
Iâm always honoring my own energy and currently I love my mentorship and mastermind groups, and a few big in person things Iâm doing with breathwork, music, and arts.

The four wounds of the healer are simply broken down as follows:
Guilt wound
Abandonment wound
Neglect wound
Trust wound
Just when you think your fears, actions, and thoughts, are unique, you realize that they arenât. Youâre functioning of a very predictable pattern of behaviors that fall into one of these categories.
The guilt wound makes you the people-pleaser, unable to advocate for yourself and your own needs/boundaries. You fear being seen.
The abandonment wound feels left out and sabotages opportunities or relationships before they have a chance to manifest. You fear being rejected.
The neglect wound struggles with anger, low self-esteem, and pushes people away. You fear being unwanted.
The trust wound struggles to let go of control. You fear not being good enough.
But as healers, you face these uncomfortable truths and do the healing thatâs necessary to step into your gifts.
Even when the path seems blurry or confusing, trust the guidance in your intuition and soul. Youâre always divinely guided.
