About
Yoga 4 Change is a non-profit organization that achieves lasting, demonstrative change for veterans, incarcerated individuals, vulnerable youth, and people living with mental health conditions through a purpose-driven yoga curriculum.
We want to make the practice of yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and movement accessible to more people around the world. We were founded in Jacksonville, FL and we are currently offering programming in South Florida, Tampa Bay and Orlando via our evidence based, trauma-informed curriculum.
