1700 days of yoga, and one powerful lesson...
YOU CAN'T DO IT ALONE.
Yesterday marked my 1,700th day of waking up early, stepping onto my mat, and letting yoga transform my life. 🧘♂️
How did I maintain my consistency? The answer lies in one word - MY COMMUNITY.
The truth is, consistency isn’t built in isolation.
It’s the shared energy, the collective motivation, and the silent accountability that make this journey sustainable. 💪
Some days were tough. I wanted to skip. But my community didn’t let me. ❌
We showed up and gave our best. It wasn’t perfect but it was real.
The community that I had built (or, I should say the community that BUILT ME) kept me going even when I wanted to stop.
This milestone isn't just mine. It's ours.
You all made this journey special. Thank you for showing up and motivating me to show up. ❤
This is my reminder to you.
