My goal is to help women shape their bodies and enjoy all that they can do.
Barre is an effective, full-body workout that builds endurance through isometric movements, cardio and sense of rhythm.
The vast majority of lessons are low-impact, i.e. without jumping or other exercises that strain muscles and joints. So it is really suitable for everyone.
On this channel you will find short videos for daily exercises.
Classes are for beginners and advanced, for women of all sizes and ages.
