Welcome to my Nourishing Moves channel. It's here to share my love of Pilates, Chen Tai Chi and the Art of Strength.
I've created these videos to inspire and demonstrate how all three of these disciplines can develop strength, flexibility, resilience, balance, awareness and longevity for the body-mind.
Stuart has spent the last 20 years working as a fitness coach and personal trainer.
He is a disciple to the 11th generation lineage holder of Chen style Tai Chi Grandmaster Gou, holds a BA (Hons) degree In Exercise Science, studied Yoga at the Ayur Eco-Ashram in Mysore India, is a Pilates instructor and a Strong First SFG.
