Mission Focused Training is not just a name or title but is a concept in which I live. It is the understanding that fitness, functional movement, staying ready in order to never have to get ready. You will not be perfect at it but you will reap the benefits daily of the right choices in what you put into it but the key is studying, learning and executing the lessons learned properly, not getting lazy, remaining consistent even if you "don't feel like it".
