Welcome to 3AM Relaxation. I have started this channel to provide 10-12 hours of music that is designed to help people in achieving sound sleep at night. I myself have been a victim of severe insomnia which lasted 7-8 years. The primary reason for being unable to sleep is stress and anxiety that overpower us when we go to bed.
In the last 4 years since I got into music production, I found that there are certain kinds of low-frequency sounds that when combined with other stereo sounds at just the right volume which is not distracting provide stress relief and induce deep sleep. I use a dark screen so it can be comfortably played on any device mobile, computer or TV at night.
