What did you you think of the little easter egg at the end of my most recent interview? Am I taking myself and the channel too seriously or have I finally arrived where I needed to be all along?
You decide at 01:12:12 in today's upload.
Dr. Steve Horvath is the creator of multiple epigenetic aging clock algorithms that help predict healthspan or "biological age" from the marks on our DNA. What those marks say about our DNA and what they reveal about aging itself is utterly fascinating. Please enjoy this great episode and check out our show notes at www.foundmyfitness.com/episod...

Fun news today!
With every new interview uploaded to the channel, it’s not escaped our noticing that there are many very good self-contained segments that stand alone that people may not notice without watching the full interview. However, the dilemma has always been that uploading multiple videos from the same interview seems like it would be an abuse of people’s expectations a little bit.
That’s why I am excited to announce a solution today. We’ve started a new YouTube channel called FMF Clips just for these sort of clips. This gives people an opportunity to get a taste of the longer form content, but maybe focus in on some of the more immediate concepts first. Does coffee break a fast? Can kids practice time-restricted eating? The diet segment of Dr. Bredesen’s Alzheimer’s protocol, etc.
This will be an ongoing project (don’t worry, it won’t hamper anything else) that will continue to build quickly in the next few months. We already have over 33 clips uploaded with many more coming soon.
